The promoter is Energy Solution Centre Pty Ltd (ABN 84 163 501 488) of 19 Prince Street, Nerang QLD 4211 (Promoter).

The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 15 June 2026 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on 30 June 2027 (Promotion Period). The Promoter reserves the right to extend the Promotion Period at its sole discretion, with any extension to be announced on the Promoter's website and social media channels. All eligible activities must be completed within the Promotion Period (including any extension) to be eligible.

Entry is open to residents of the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Brisbane aged 18 years and over who are located within the Promoter's serviceable areas. Employees, contractors and agents of Energy Solution Centre, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

There are multiple ways to enter the draw during the Promotion Period, including booking a free solar consultation, participating in Energy Solution Centre social media competitions, attending information evenings and promotional events, or proceeding with an eligible solar, battery or EV charging installation. Additional entry opportunities and bonus entries may be offered throughout the campaign. Participants must provide valid contact details for their entry to be eligible.

a) Participants must satisfy all eligibility requirements. b) Participants must provide all required contact details, including full name, valid email address and phone number. c) Only one entry per property is permitted. If the same person owns multiple properties and has eligible projects completed on those properties, they may enter on a per-property basis.

Participants may receive additional entries through the following actions: a) Tag a Friend: Tag friends in the official giveaway post comments on Facebook or Instagram (maximum 10 bonus entries). b) Share to Story or Page: Share the official giveaway post to an Instagram or Facebook Story or Page and tag @EnergySolutionCentre or @ESC (1 bonus entry per share). Maximum 10 bonus entries. c) Referral: Refer a new eligible participant who books and completes an eligible consultation or inspection (1 bonus entry per successful referral). Maximum 10 bonus entries.

While the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to monitor and validate all eligible bonus entries, it is the participant's responsibility to ensure their actions are visible and traceable. Social media actions must clearly tag the Promoter's official accounts and be publicly visible at the time of the draw. Referral bookings must include the referring participant's full name. If any bonus entries are not automatically registered, the participant must notify the Promoter before the prize draw date. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that cannot be verified due to platform limitations, privacy settings, system errors or submission errors. The Promoter reserves the right to accept or reject bonus entries at its sole discretion.

One (1) winner will receive a travel gift card prize valued at up to AUD $10,000 including GST. Any amount exceeding AUD $10,000 is the responsibility of the winner. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

The prize draw will take place on 15 July 2027 at 11:00am AEST at Energy Solution Centre, 19 Prince Street, Nerang QLD 4211. The winner will be selected through a random electronic draw.

The winner will be notified by phone and email within 2 business days of the draw. The winner's first name, surname initial and suburb will be published on the Promoter's website and official social media channels within 7 days of the draw.

By entering this promotion, participants consent to the publication of their first name and suburb on the Promoter's website and social media accounts if they win a prize. Winners may opt out of this publication by notifying the Promoter within 7 days of being contacted about their win. For any additional promotional activities beyond a basic winner announcement, the Promoter will seek separate written consent prior to publication. Participation in such activities is voluntary and will not affect prize entitlement.

If the prize remains unclaimed after 3 months, a redraw will occur on 15 October 2027 at the same location.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable laws.

The Promoter is not responsible for lost entries, technical interruptions, platform failures or any loss or damage arising from participation in the promotion, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
