We had the sigenergy 36kw system fitted and couldn't be happier with the product. From sale to install all went well albeit with a few small hiccups in communication. The install team were professional and did a great job, very neat and tidy. We did however have a problem when the installers missed a power wire in the meter box, that caused our pool pump not to have power, it was easily fixed but took a week or so. Great job overall and I'd happily refer this company to anyone looking to have a system installed.

I had three quotes for my battery installation to an existing solar system. ECS had not only the best price but also the best service. Nothing was to hard all questions answered. When it cam eto install Flynn and his crew were very good, they answered all my queries , cleaned up well at the end and gave good instruction on high to use the app.

I visited Energy Solution Centre with a small query about my energy provider, Ryan went above and beyond and was extremely helpful and got me out of bother.

Knowledgeable & Professional from Proposal to Installation:
We are repeat customers to Energy Solution Centre (ESC).   Our roof and solar system were damaged during a significant hail storm, requiring replacement of both.  ESC still came out as the best value for money quote and our previous experience with them was excellent so it was an easy decision.   We had dealt with Keith Butler (Sales) before and were very happy to be speaking with Keith again.  As before, the communication and advice was excellent as we waited for our roof to be replaced.  Keith maintained contact throughout. The installation team, as expected, were knowledgeable and professional.   The lead for the team always made time for my questions, provided me with a detailed explanation of setup, writing and shut down procedures.  The increase in battery size is fantastic. We can’t fault ESC really.  They were excellent once again. Highly recommend.

Months after my Inital purchase of the solar system I was able to walk into the showroom and and get the help I needed.To have  the knowledge to understand the controls on the phone clearly and concisely explained to give me confidence that I have over the system. Jacob and Kai were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional, able to sort out the issues in minutes. Which was a huge relief for me, not being that computer literate. We recently had solar and batteries installed by Energy Solution Centre and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Kane came out to our house to discuss what we wanted and what could be done at our property. He clearly knew what he was talking about and was able to answer all of our questions and explain everything clearly. The installation was booked and completed on time, just as promised. The installers were professional, courteous and did a great job. Kane was also there to oversee the installation and make sure everything went smoothly. We are extremely happy with our system and very pleased to say that it is working exactly as expected.
