Peter, an astute Gold Coast businessman and property developer, was referred to Energy Solution Centre by several satisfied customers and a manufacturer for a very challenging project.

This new family home was nearing completion, but there was no mains power available for the next 10 months. Initially, Peter was looking for a temporary off-grid solution, but the home was not designed for off-grid living, which would have been a poor investment.

Instead, Energy Solution Centre engineered a 38kW solar system with a GoodWe 29.9kW 3-phase hybrid inverter, DC-coupled with 50kWh of energy storage. This setup energised 90% of the home in temporary off-grid mode until the mains power could be installed and connected.

The installation process was intricate. Our team carefully planned and executed the project, ensuring that every component was optimally placed for maximum efficiency. This solar installation in Gold Coast required meticulous attention to detail due to the unique challenges posed by the temporary off-grid mode.

Peter's home, although not initially designed for off-grid living, seamlessly transitioned into this temporary state. This was a testament to our innovative approach and dedication to providing tailored solutions. We used advanced technology to ensure the system could handle the high energy demands of the home, even without a connection to the mains power.

The whole house runs seamlessly without any problems, and the family is thrilled with the result. The best part of this powerhouse system is that it's ready to connect to the network without any issues. The system has already proven itself to withstand any outage! Truly amazing, and we are equally impressed.

This project underscores our commitment to delivering top-notch solar installation in Gold Coast. By customising our approach to meet Peter’s unique needs, we provided a solution that not only met but exceeded expectations. The family is now enjoying uninterrupted power, and the system is ready for seamless integration with the mains grid once available.

Moreover, the system’s ability to run 90% of the home’s energy needs in temporary off-grid mode has demonstrated the robustness and reliability of our installations. The inclusion of a GoodWe 29.9kW 3-phase hybrid inverter and 50kWh of energy storage has ensured that the home remains powered through any contingency.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had the sigenergy 36kw system fitted and couldn't be happier with the product. From sale to install all went well albeit with a few small hiccups in communication. The install team were professional and did a great job, very neat and tidy. We did however have a problem when the installers missed a power wire in the meter box, that caused our pool pump not to have power, it was easily fixed but took a week or so. Great job overall and I'd happily refer this company to anyone looking to have a system installed.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had three quotes for my battery installation to an existing solar system. ECS had not only the best price but also the best service. Nothing was to hard all questions answered. When it cam eto install Flynn and his crew were very good, they answered all my queries , cleaned up well at the end and gave good instruction on high to use the app.
Really nice to find such a good company in this particular industry.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Knowledgeable & Professional from Proposal to Installation:
We are repeat customers to Energy Solution Centre (ESC). Our roof and solar system were damaged during a significant hail storm, requiring replacement of both. ESC still came out as the best value for money quote and our previous experience with them was excellent so it was an easy decision. We had dealt with Keith Butler (Sales) before and were very happy to be speaking with Keith again. As before, the communication and advice was excellent as we waited for our roof to be replaced. Keith maintained contact throughout. The installation team, as expected, were knowledgeable and professional. The lead for the team always made time for my questions, provided me with a detailed explanation of setup, writing and shut down procedures. The increase in battery size is fantastic. We can’t fault ESC really. They were excellent once again. Highly recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Months after my Inital purchase of the solar system I was able to walk into the showroom and and get the help I needed. To have the knowledge to understand the controls on the phone clearly and concisely explained to give me confidence that I have over the system. Jacob and Kai were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional, able to sort out the issues in minutes. Which was a huge relief for me, not being that computer literate. Thanks guys for getting it all sorted, and for the confidence that I can return at any time if I run into any difficuties. Greatly appreciated.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently had solar and batteries installed by Energy Solution Centre and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Kane came out to our house to discuss what we wanted and what could be done at our property. He clearly knew what he was talking about and was able to answer all of our questions and explain everything clearly. The installation was booked and completed on time, just as promised. The installers were professional, courteous and did a great job. Kane was also there to oversee the installation and make sure everything went smoothly. We are extremely happy with our system and very pleased to say that it is working exactly as expected. We would highly recommend the team at Energy Solution Centre, so if you’re considering solar and batteries, give them a call and ask to speak with Kane.
