Energy Solution Centre is scaling and we are inviting the right candidates to join our Gold Coast sales team as a Solar and Battery Specialist.
This is not entry level. This is not volume churn. This is high-trust, high-value consultative sales for customers who have already shown genuine interest in solar and battery solutions and want to work with a company that does it properly.
You will be meeting with customers who already want what we sell. Your job is to understand their situation, present the right solution with clarity and confidence, and guide the decision. Not force it. Not discount it. Guide it.
If you are confident in the room, comfortable leading conversations, and tired of selling cheap products you cannot stand behind, keep reading.

Solar experience is helpful but it is not the deciding factor. If you can sell properly and build genuine trust with customers, we will back you with the product knowledge, process, and brand support to succeed here.
