How the partnership works

Package selection.
Choose the package per home based on the phase connection and your client's energy needs. We confirm suitability from the floor plan and electrical design.

Quote and system design.
You receive a fixed quote and a panel layout designed for the actual roof, not a generic estimate.

Build schedule integration.
Our builder support team locks in rough-in and installation dates around your construction program. Lead times are confirmed at quoting so there are no surprises.

Installation.
Our in-house licensed electricians complete the install, including the switchboard work, gateway and monitoring setup.

Handover and after-sales support.
We set up the homeowner's app, walk them through the system and take over all after-sales support. Any question your client has about their solar goes to us, not to you.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. The two packages are starting points that cover most builds. Panel count, layout and battery capacity can be adjusted per home, and we design each layout from the actual roof plan before you quote your client.

We do. From the day the system is switched on, all monitoring questions, warranty matters and after-sales support come to Energy Solution Centre. Your client also has three physical showrooms they can walk into, at Nerang, Canungra and Southport.

The homeowner receives the full manufacturer warranties on the panels, battery, inverter and gateway, plus our 10-year workmanship warranty on the installation. We handle warranty claims directly as the accredited installer.

Lead times are confirmed at quoting and locked into your construction program by our builder support team. Rough-in and final install are scheduled as separate visits to fit around your other trades.

Yes. We install across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, with all work done by our own in-house licensed electricians regardless of location.

Yes. The Sigenergy system is modular, so battery capacity can be expanded and EV charging added after handover without replacing the original installation. That gives your clients a growth path, not a dead end.
