High-End Solar
Installation Work
This is not volume work. This is not rushed installs on tight margins with no support. This is high-end residential and light commercial solar and battery work, delivered properly, with a crew behind you and a warehouse that is ready before you arrive.
If you are tired of disorganised job sites, last-minute reshuffling, long drives, and being left to figure things out on your own, this setup is different. We have built an operation that supports installers rather than burning through them.
We are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for the right candidate, a company vehicle, and a package that reflects your experience level and the responsibility you want to take on.
The Work
You will be leading or working within a crew delivering premium solar and battery systems across the Gold Coast. The work is structured, well-scoped, and backed by proper design and technical support.
- Residential systems: 8kW to 20kW
- Light commercial systems: 20kW to 100kW and above
- Battery integration: Tesla Powerwall, Sigenergy, Sungrow, GoodWe
- Crew size: 3 to 5 installers with apprentice support
- Travel: Gold Coast based with minimal travel required

- Lead Installer
- Working Team Leader
- Site Supervisor
- Senior Electrician within a crew
- Future Install Manager as we continue to expand
Your package will be structured to reflect your experience, your leadership level, and the role you step into.
Hours and Working Arrangements
- Standard hours Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm
- Optional weekend installs available for those who want the additional hours
- Structured scheduling with no last-minute chaos or reshuffling
- Overtime paid at ERTC rates
What We Are Looking For
To be considered for this role you must have:
- A valid Queensland electrical licence
- A Solar Ticket (Grid Connect Photovoltaic Systems)
- Proven hands-on solar installation experience
- A current Australian driver's licence
- A White Card (Construction Induction Safety)
- Current Low Voltage Rescue First Aid accreditation
The following will put your application ahead:
- CEC Accreditation (strongly preferred)
- Residential and commercial solar installation experience
- Battery system installation experience
- Previous experience in a Lead Installer or Team Leader capacity
